This website is operated by Crown Peak Estate Developers, Inc.. By browsing it or submitting a reservation you agree to these terms. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute falls to the courts of Zambales.
Submitting the form creates an application, not a lease and not a confirmed booking. Crown Peak may accept or decline it. A residence is only yours once a lease is signed at the leasing office and any amount due has been settled.
Where a reservation fee applies, paying it holds the residence for the period stated at checkout. Until then, availability is not reserved and the same residence may be let to someone else.
Vacancy and rates shown here come from our leasing system and can change at any time, including while you are completing the form. If a residence is taken before you submit, we will say so and ask you to choose another.
Rates are in Philippine pesos. The amount you owe is confirmed at checkout and in your lease; nothing on these pages is an offer capable of acceptance, and an obvious pricing error does not bind us.
Payments are taken by our payment provider on a hosted checkout page. This website never sees or stores card, wallet or bank credentials. Amounts are calculated by our leasing system, not by this site.
Refunds of any reservation fee follow the terms shown at checkout and in your lease.
Images, text, the Crown Peak name and the Crown Peak mark belong to Crown Peak Estate Developers, Inc. and may not be reproduced without permission. Photographs are representative of a room type; the residence you are shown at viewing may differ in finish, outlook and furnishing.
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. Listings depend on our leasing system, and parts of the site may be unavailable while that is down or under maintenance.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, and our liability in connection with a reservation is limited to the amount you paid through it.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you submit a reservation.
