Who we are

Crown Peak Estate Developers, Inc. (“Crown Peak”, “we”) operates Crown Peak Residences at Crown Peak Subic, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Zambales, Philippines. We are the personal information controller for the data described here, as that term is used in Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into the reservation form. There is no account to create and nothing is gathered in the background.

• Your name — first and last.
• Your email address — to send the lease and reservation details.
• Your mobile number — so the leasing office can reach you.
• Number of occupants — to match you to a suitable residence.
• Your enquiry — the residence, house, lease term and preferred move-in date you selected.

We do not ask for government identification, proof of income or payment details on this website. Those are handled in person at the leasing office, or by our leasing system if you continue to payment.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this website rather than a third party, so no font provider is told that you visited.

Photographs are loaded from our media host, which will see your IP address as your browser requests each image — the ordinary consequence of loading a picture from another domain.

Why we may process it, and on what basis

We process your details to respond to your reservation and to take steps at your request before entering into a lease. Where we rely on your consent, you give it by ticking the box on the reservation form, and you may withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

• Our leasing system — reservations are recorded in Collo (leasing.collo.ph), which Crown Peak uses to manage applications, leases and billing.
• Our payment provider — if a reservation requires payment, you are taken to a hosted checkout. Card and wallet details are entered there and are never seen or stored by this website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Reservation records are retained for as long as needed to act on your enquiry and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. If your application does not proceed to a lease, tell us and we will delete it, unless we are required to keep it.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, object to how we use it, ask for it to be erased or blocked, receive a copy in a portable form, and complain to the National Privacy Commission. You may also lodge a complaint with us first, and we will respond.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and holds no payment credentials of any kind. Reservation details are transmitted to our leasing system over an encrypted connection.
